IPL 2024 Chennai Super Kings vs Royal Challengers Bangalore ticket sale: Fans disappointed as technical glitch surfaces

The start of IPL 2024 got everyone excited, especially for the first match between Chennai Super Kings and Royal Challengers Bangalore on March 22. But when fans tried to buy tickets online, many ran into problems.

On Monday morning, thousands tried to buy tickets for the big match. But the ticketing system had some issues, and many fans couldn’t complete their purchases. The official ticket seller later said on social media that they were aware of the problems.

Chennai Super Kings were the first to announce ticket details for their match against Royal Challengers Bangalore at MA Chidambaram Stadium. They shared the ticket sale link on social media at 9:30 am on Monday.

As soon as the sale began, some fans showed errors on the booking page and the website timed out for others.

While a few lucky fans managed to get their tickets and shared their success on social media, most fans were disappointed they couldn’t buy tickets for the highly anticipated match.

The ticket seller then put fans in a queue, but many complained on social media that the wait seemed endless.

In a message, the ticket seller thanked fans for their huge interest in the IPL 2024 opening match between Chennai Super Kings and Royal Challengers Bangalore.

CSK(Chennai Super Kings ) FANS REACTION:

The IPL 2024 is gearing up for its opening ceremony this Friday, just before the big game between Chennai Super Kings and Royal Challengers Bangalore. There’s a lot of excitement building up around this match, especially because it marks the first face-off between MS Dhoni and Virat Kohli since last year.

Dhoni is making a comeback after having surgery on his knee last year. Despite the speculation swirling around his future in the IPL, the five-time champion seems ready and motivated for the new season.

On the other hand, Virat Kohli is aiming to get back into form after a long break, during which he missed the 5-Test series against England.
