2020 DY Patil T20 Tournament – Hardik Pandya crack a century of 37 ball

On Tuesday  2020 DY Patil T20 Tournament, Hardik Pandya who plays for Reliance 1 cracked a century against CAG for 37 ball.

Hardik Pandya made his much awaiting comeback in 202 Dy Patil T20 tournament and kept his promises. He was away from the cricket since September 2019 as he went under back surgery.

The 26-year old in the first match after his return from surgery played for Reliance 1 and smashed 38 off 25 balls against Bank of Baroda. He also picked up three wickets.

Padya choose social media to express his happiness as he was so excited with his return to field. He said “So good to be back out there on the field where I belong. Your support keeps me going.”

The Mumbai Indian star was a major attraction in the tournament as both the fans and the selectors kept a close eye on his performance who played alongside Shikhar Dhawan for Reliance 1. He with his whirwind knock performance against CSG became headlines on march 3rd.

He on return reached his beast mode and the all rounder reached a century in just 37 deliveries smashing away 105 off just 38 balls with a strike rate of 269.23. He made the score with 8 fours and 10 sixes.

On Tuesday, Dhawan also made his return with this match after an injury faced five balls and got dismissed for a duck. Pandya’s blitzkrieg performance took the team towards victory with a score of 252-5.

It is excited and good to see Pandya in full fit form with new energy as T20World Cup 2020 beckoning. For the past five months he was sidelined due to back injury and now given his current form. He might again be don the Blue jersey at the time of India’s three match ODI series against South Africa which begins on 12 March and later joins IPL2020 in Mumbai Indians who were defending champions.
