England Spinner Jack Leach makes early returns from South Africa tour

England spinner is struggling to recover from the illness and will early return home from South Africa tour.

Leach was struck down with gastroenteritis and flu last month before the first test played against the Proteas. The left arm tweaker  contracted sepsis at the period of tour of New Zealand in the month of November.

The tourists a head of third test at Port Elizabeth announced that he will return back to England soon as he being not able to regain his fitness back.

England head coach Chris Silverwood said “ It is an unfortunate time for Leach with illness since six weeks ago when Test Series started in New Zealand. He couldn’t get back to his full fitness”

The present health condition of him obstructed him from preparation in South Africa and apart from his best efforts he is not in a situation to make himself available for the final two tests.

Such a great juvenile to be in the squad but his compelling personality and the popularity will be lost in the next two matches.

“  Whatever his focus should be completely on getting recovered soon with optimum level of recovery and treatment that would be the best served in England without any distractions.”

“  Hope for the best that he would recover soon in the medium term and will tour Sri Lanka in March.”

Injured James Anderson would be replaced by a fellow paceman Jofra Archer on Thursday. That day England go on with 2-1 lead making venue at St George’s Park.
