Sri Lanka vs West Indies 2020, 2nd T20I, predicted XI, preview

The current ruling champions West Indies will lock their horns against Sri Lanka and will look to whitewash the islanders to end their tour in a winning note in the second T20I of the series.

The first match was held at Pallekele and the victory was taken by Kieron Pollard’s men and extra ordinary performance by Oshane Thomas for hauling five wickets.

West Indies batting team brought their A game on to the table with the likes of players Brandon King, Andre Russell and Lendl Simmons which blown away the bowling team of Sri Lanka. Kusal Perera tried more than his efficiency but couldn’t save Sri Lanka which ultimately lead West Indies win the match by 25 runs.

At the same venue the final game of the two-match series will be played and the fans are expected to be at Pallekele once again with fireworks. Russell can turn away the game at any moment being a hard hitting all rounder  and hence he will be the player to watch out once again. In the first T20I, Simmons played a fantastic knock of 67 runs and in this game also he will be responsible of anchoring the innings once again.

Avishka Fernando is one of the hope for Sri Lanka tio provide a good start as the opener got dismissed for 7runs in the first game and Thomas did better of him in the second over of the innings. At number 7 position, Wanindu Hasaranga explored his batting talent with 44runs knock. Skipper Lasith Malinga from the top 5 in the game is a hope for the better show.
