Indian player Rishabh Pant, who is currently recuperating after suffering injuries in a horrific car crash last December, took to social media on Monday to share a video of his rehabilitation.

The post, which he captioned, “Grip. Twist. Paddle. Good vibes only,” has a video attached to it where the cricketer can be seen practicing cycling on a machine.

He also shared a glimpse of his “lunch” on his Instagram Stories, which showed a bowl of fresh salad, some scrambled curry, 3 chapatis, and a warm beverage.

A week ago, Rishabh Pant visited a sporting facility near Bengaluru to take part in the Independence Day celebrations organized by the JSW Foundation, which co-owns the Delhi Capitals.

During the function, Pant exhorted people to keep enjoying sports. “Once you keep growing older, you stop loving the game. One of the reasons is that there is a lot of pressure; you want to excel in life and do this and that.

“But enjoyment nahi miss karna hein life mein, (Don’t miss enjoyment in life),” Pant had said in a video shared by Sangita Jindal, chairperson of JSW Foundation.

In December, Pant had the accident after his car collided with a road divider on the Delhi-Dehradun highway.

The player jumped off his Mercedes in the nick of time as the car went up in flames after hitting the divider.

Pant went through surgery in Mumbai under the care of Dr. Dinshaw Pardiwala in February this year, who treated Pant’s three ligaments in the right knee
