Ali Khan, a fast bowler representing the U.S. national cricket team, expressed immense pride at the prospect of the T20 World Cup gracing American soil. He remarked, “It’s a really proud moment for all of us that the T20 World Cup is coming to America.” Khan highlighted the significance of this opportunity for the USA, as they make their debut appearance in a cricket world cup, playing on home turf and in front of their local supporters.

Despite the tough competition, Khan is determined to lead his team to victory. “I’ll have to take it personally and make sure we get a couple of wins early on in the tournament to get going,” he affirmed.

Unfortunately, all matches in North Texas have been sold out, leaving eager fans scrambling to secure tickets through third-party sellers. Those keen on experiencing the cricket action firsthand may need to explore alternative avenues to join the excitement.
